NBA Top Selling Jerseys 2013
The NBA updates its statistics on the top selling NBA jerseys twice a year in April and November each year. Based on the most recent update in November 2012, LeBron James has regained the top spot from Derrick Rose who has been out during the past 6 months because of knee surgery.
You will find some surprises on the list such as Russell Westbrook and Steve Nash but mostly the names on the list are the ones you would expect. Westbrook is a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder that made it to last year's championship and then he followed that up that exposure by winning a Gold medal with TeamUSA in London. Nash gained popularity by joining the ever popular Los Angeles Lakers, although so far his and Dwight Howard's addition to the team has not produced winning results.
There were a couple of popular NBA jerseys that fell off the previous list including Jeremy Lin, whose move from the NY Knicks to the Houston Rockets feels a bit like an exile. Amare Stoudemire and Ray Allen have also both fallen off the list as their playing skills have declined from their earlier years.
